The positions sought, and filled, were:

- Secretary – Matt Struthers
- Treasurer & Memberships – Julie Struthers
- Public Relations Member – John Griffiths
- Entertainment Member / Social Coordinator – Ross Benson
- Property Member – Ross Benson
The meeting was held as a teleconference and it was great to see a few Association members attend.
